3. Products and Pricing

• We make every effort to display product information, descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
• Due to differences in color monitors, screens, and lighting used during photography, the actual color or texture of a product may slightly vary from what appears on your screen. This is not grounds for return or exchange.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
• Payment must be completed through the methods available on the website at the time of checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled if issues arise (e.g., stock unavailability).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs (if applicable), or other external factors.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the address provided, whichever occurs first according to the shipping method used.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund / Exchange Policy. Key points include:

• You have 03 (three) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Eligible only for damaged, stained, defective, wrong, incomplete, or incorrect-size products (subject to conditions).
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers attached.
• Clear photographic or video evidence is mandatory for damaged or defective claims.
• Sale or discounted items have limited exchange rights.
• Color/texture variations are not valid grounds for return or exchange.
